Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence of content
  • Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of report writing experience
  • Accela Decade experience
  • Accela Civic Platform experience
  • Crystal/SSRS experience
  • Strong research and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

The compensation for this position is $75,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
