Join VIP: A strategic approach to accelerate your career! This will be a hybrid position in Jefferson City, MO with onsite required for major milestones and working sessions.

Role overview:
Lead configuration delivery on the Tyler/entellitrak platform for a statewide HCBS case management system. Drive a configure-first approach, ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable configuration aligned to requirements and phased rollout, including billing/claims functionality in Phase 2.

Key responsibilities:

Configure workflows, queues, tasks, forms, notifications, security roles, and portal experiences
Configure billing/claims-related workflows, validations, and role controls to align with authorization and service delivery rules
Establish and enforce configuration standards, naming conventions, and promotion processes
Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into configuration deliverables each sprint
Support testing/UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness for each phase

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years implementing a case management system of similar scope/size
Proven experience leading configuration workstreams on a case management/workflow platform
Extensive experience configuring billing/financial workflows tied to service authorization and service delivery
Experience supporting iterative Agile releases and multiple environments (dev/test/UAT/training/prod)
