Integration Lead

Location: Jefferson City, MO

Join VIP: A strategic approach to accelerate your career! This will be a hybrid position in Jefferson City, MO with onsite required for major milestones and working sessions.

Role overview:
Lead integration architecture and delivery for a statewide HCBS case management system implemented on Tyler/entellitrak. Own integration strategy, interface design, test coordination, and production readiness across phased go-lives, including billing/claims-related interfaces tied to prior authorization and MMIS processing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define integration approach/patterns and collaborate with state integration infrastructure teams

  • Lead interface requirements, mapping, technical design, and documentation

  • Own billing/claims-related integration flows including status/response handling and reconciliation

  • Coordinate integration build and end-to-end testing cycles; manage integration defect triage/resolution

  • Ensure secure data exchange and operational readiness (monitoring, alerts, runbooks)

  • Support phased cutovers and stabilization activities

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years implementing a case management system of similar scope/size

  • Proven integration delivery leadership across multiple external systems

  • Extensive billing/claims integration experience (prior authorization + MMIS-related experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong security-minded engineering practices and stakeholder communication skills
