Join VIP: A strategic approach to accelerate your career! This will be a hybrid position in Jefferson City, MO with onsite required for major milestones and working sessions.
Role overview:
Lead training strategy and execution for a statewide HCBS case management system serving a large user community across internal staff, providers, and public/portal users. Build training materials and delivery plans aligned with Agile releases and phased implementation, including Phase 2 billing/claims workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a role-based Training Plan aligned to UAT and phased go-lives
Create training curricula, instructor guides, learner guides, simulations, and job aids
Create billing/claims training scenarios and troubleshooting guides aligned to provider and state roles
Coordinate training environment needs and keep content current with sprint/release changes
Deliver training sessions and manage train-the-trainer approach for scaling
Support go-live readiness and early-life support (hypercare enablement)
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years implementing/training on systems of similar scope/size
Demonstrated success leading enterprise training programs with measurable outcomes
Working knowledge of billing/claims workflows sufficient to train providers and state users accurately
